Roasted Vegetable and Pearl Barley Soup (1 Litre)
Ingredients: Zucchini, Aubergine, Peppers, Baby Corn, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Butternut, Pearl Barley, Vegetable Stock, Olive Oil, Seasoning
Health-notes: Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Low-Carb
Thawing instructions: Allow to thaw in the fridge until completely defrosted before heating.
Heating instructions: Decant the soup into a pot and heat on the stove at a medium temperature while stirring occasionally. Add a dash of water or stock to thin the soup to desired consistency while heating.
