Roasted Vegetable and Pearl Barley Soup (1 Litre)
Ingredients: Zucchini, Aubergine, Peppers, Baby Corn, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Butternut, Pearl Barley, Vegetable Stock, Olive Oil, Seasoning
Health-notes: Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Low-Carb
Allergens: Gluten
Thawing instructions: Allow to thaw in the fridge until completely defrosted before heating.
Heating instructions: Decant the soup into a pot and heat on the stove at a medium temperature while stirring occasionally. Add a dash of water or stock to thin the soup to desired consistency while heating.

Very good Roasted Vegetable and Pearl Barley soup. Excellent flavour. Zucchini was the most noticeable fragrance from the saucepan while the soup was warming. All of the vegetables were thoughtfully sized. Nice “crunch” from the Baby Corn. Also, the soup had a welcome, mild, warmth of something spicy in it.
