WHAT IF MY ORDER VALUE IS LESS THAN R300?
A R30 delivery fee will apply for orders below R300
I CAN’T FIND MY SUBURB IN YOUR LIST OF DELIVERY AREAS. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us on [email protected] if you can’t find your suburb as a specified delivery area within Cape Town and surrounds. We will do our utmost to have your order delivered to you!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will be processed within one working day and added to the next available delivery schedule for your area. Please refer to the delivery table above for more detail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME DURING THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation specifying the date and time-window (between 09h00 and 12h00 or 13h00and 17h00) of your delivery. We would so appreciate if you would make a note of this and arrange for someone to be home to accept your order.
In the event that no-one is at home during the delivery period, we will return your frozen meal to our kitchen. We will attempt to deliver it to your specified address again as part of the next available delivery schedule.Please note that an additional delivery charge will be applicable should this be the case.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME AND DATE DOES NOT SUIT ME?
Please contact us directly in the event that you wish to schedule an alternate delivery time and date or to arrange collection from our kitchen.
HOW DO I HAVE A GIFT DELIVERED?
Simply click on the “send this meal as a gift” option during the checkout process when you have finished shopping. You can add an accompanying note that we will hand write on your behalf at this stage.
