Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation specifying the date and time-window (between 09h00 and 12h00 or 13h00 and 16h00) of your delivery. We would so appreciate if you would make a note of this and arrange for someone to be home to accept your order.
In the event that no-one is at home during the delivery period, we will return your frozen meal to our kitchen. We will attempt to deliver it to your specified address again as part of the next available delivery schedule. Please note that an additional delivery charge will be applicable should this be the case.

Every single one of our frozen meals will be delivered with thawing and heating instructions. In general, you will need to allow each dish to thaw naturally or otherwise overnight in the fridge. Once completely defrosted, the meals are ready to heat and eat. Simply follow the instructions on each dish and enjoy!
Defrosting simply means ‘to remove ice.’ Instead of trying to defrost the dishes at a fast and potentially unhealthy rate, it is better to rather thaw the meals, allowing them to naturally change from a frozen to unfrozen state. Before frozen cooked foods can be consumed, they need to be defrosted and the healthiest and safest way to do this is through the thawing process.
Thawing time will vary according to the weight and density of each dish. It is safest to allow dishes to thaw naturally overnight (we recommend that you take the dish out of the freezer and place in the fridge the day before consumption) or alternatively take a meal out of the freezer in the morning and allow it to sit outside the fridge (not in direct sunlight) until it is fully defrosted. Once the dish is defrosted it can be stored in the fridge until ready to heat.
The dishes will last up to three days in the fridge after they have been thawed.
The meals will last between 1 to 3 months in the freezer.
