Creamy Potato & Leek Soup (1 Litre)
Ingredients: Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Leeks, Butter, Olive Oil, Thyme, Chives, Cream, Chicken Stock, Seasoning
Thawing instructions: Allow to thaw in the fridge until completely defrosted before heating.
Heating instructions: Decant the soup into a pot and heat on the stove at a medium temperature while stirring occasionally. Add a dash of water to thin soup to desired consistency if necessary.
