Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients: Hake, Potatoes, Eggs, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Coriander, Parsley, Chilli, Breadcrumbs, Sugar, Coconut Milk, Lemongrass, Spring Onion, Limes, Seasoning


Allergens: Gluten, Eggs, Seafood


Thawing instructions:  Allow to thaw in the fridge until completely defrosted before heating.

Heating instructions: Once fully defrosted, remove lid. Heat through in oven at 180℃ for approximately 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Alternatively, heat oil in pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.


Approx weight: 

1-2  mouths to feed – 340g (3 individual fish cakes)

2-3 mouths to feed – 650g (6 individual fish cakes)

4-5 mouths to feed – 1.1kg (10 individual fish cakes)
